Albert Haywood Obituary

Haywood, Albert Edward, 70, was born December 9, 1940 in New York, was raised in New Jersey, and passed away at his home in Mission Viejo, CA on January 6th, 2011. A retired Human Resources Director, Al is survived by his wife, Karen; daughter, Wendy Haywood; son, Brad Haywood and brothers, Roger and Brian Haywood. A Funeral Service will be Friday, Jan. 14, 2011 at 10:00am at the Presbyterian Church of the Master, Mission Viejo, CA. A reception will immediately follow the service at the Church. Burial will be Sat. Jan. 15, 2011 at El Toro Memorial Park, Lake Forest, CA. In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in Albert's name to Presbyterian Church of the Master, www.pcomonline.org or to the American Cancer Society www.cancer.org. As a brother in the Delta Tau Delta fraternity 1960 to 1964, Red Al Haywood was as solid a friend,bridge player,intra-mural athlete as there was on campus. Condolences to his family , his disposition and personalty will surely be missed.
