I worked closely with Paul for several years at Fluor on a special project, and I was very lucky to have him as a partner. Paul is missed by all those that knew him and I pray his family is doing well. Bob Simonson

Our condolences to the Young family.
Paul coached our son many years ago and we were always impressed by how respectfully he treated the boys while getting the best out of each of them.
He was a true gentleman and also a positive role model for my son and every one who knew him.

I would like to offer my deepest sympathies to the family of Paul Young. I worked closely with Paul at Flour in the 80's on a special project and am very glad I had the opportunity to get to know him. Although I had not spoken to Paul in a number of years, I will always remember him as a friend. I will keep you all in my prayers.

I'm very sad to hear of the passing of a long time friend and hockey teammate Paul Young. We were teammates on the 1975-76 Culver City Juniors hockey team that Paul captained 35 years ago. We coached our boy’s together at the Aliso Viejo Ice Palace and Paul played on my men’s league hockey team the “Chief’s”. Paul’s son’s Allen and Kevin played in the summers for the Chief’s too. Paul was a wonderful man, husband, father and always made it fun for the kid’s learning to play hockey. Paul was a quiet, humble, low-key man off the ice and on the ice he was a high-energy, aggressive, smart, consummate hockey player. I will miss Paul very much and I know God has a plan for him as well as all of us. Love you Paul, Rick Meumann and family.
