Dear Lucy, i'm very sorry to hear about Armen. I didn't realise he was so sick. He taught me so many things as a kid about working on things and fixing stuff - i'm very grateful for that. He was such a kind person and great neighbor surely to be missed.

Lucy & Family. I am sorry to hear about Armen's passing. He was a very kind gentleman that treated us wonderful when we were kids. I recall him finding chores for us to do so we could have some extra pocket money. My daughter Gracie was very fond of him as well. May God bless you during this difficult time.
