Emma Hernandez Obituary

Hernandez, Emma Rueda, born September 26, 1930 in Piedras Negras, Mexico, died after a long illness on October 6, 2010 at her Placentia home. She is survived by her husband, Andrew M. Hernandez; daughters, Idalia Rodriguez, Sandy Castillo, Marina Burciaga and son, Andrew R. Hernandez. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. A long time resident of Placentia, Emma lived a selfless life raising her children before later working as a florist with her daughter. A strong believer in angels, she has finally been able to reveal her own wings. A Rosary Service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, October 11, 2010, at Memory Garden Memorial Park in Brea, CA. The Memorial Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, October 12, 2010, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Placentia, CA. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to JUSA TOPSoccer, P.O.
