Evelyn Hickey Obituary

Hickey, Evelyn, 87, passed away peacefully on November 4, 2010. "Aunt Evy" was a teacher and counselor for the Anaheim Union High School District for almost 30 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph "Uncle Dick", whom she was married to for 44 years. They both enjoyed traveling, camping, and even riding their motor bikes. Evy loved to play golf, garden, read, and spend time staying involved with her extended family. While never having children of her own, she was like a 2nd mom to 3 nieces, 4 nephews and their spouses and children. Evy will always be remembered for her beautiful smile, her extreme generosity, and her love of family and friends. A memorial service is scheduled for Monday, November 22, 2010 at 11:00 am at Hilgenfeld Mortuary, 120 E. Broadway, Anaheim, CA. Hilgenfeld Mortuary
