Laura Prindeville Obituary

Prindeville, Laura Beatrice, 75, passed away October 24th in Chandler, Arizona. She was born in 1934 at the Schofield Barracks on Oahu. Hi. Her parents were Millard and Viola Whitaker, brothers Millard Jr., William, Robert and John, sisters Ann, Gail and Jacqueline. She attended Fontbonne Hall School in New York and went on to graduate from St. John's University. She married John Joseph Prindeville (deceased 2002) and had a son, John Garrett Prindeville and a daughter, Lauralee Prindeville. Laura was a devoted wife and a loving mother Laura was a grade school teacher for 23 years at Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac Catholic School in Tustin Ca. for 23 years and touched the life's of so many. In 1990 Laura and Jack retired in Sun Lakes, AZ where they played Golf, travelled extensively and made many close friends whom they truly loved. She loved to volunteer at the Sun Lakes Library and was involved in several organizations within the community. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends and her Jack Russell Terrier Yooty. Services will be Private and Laura will join Jack at the National Cemetery in Cave Creek. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to The AZ Jack Russell Rescue Inc. P.O. Box 24186 Phoenix, AZ 85074.
