ALSUP, BILL R., age 71, Eagles Rest Dr., Apopka, passed away on Tuesday, December 31, 2002. Born in Jonesboro, AR, Mr. Alsup was the owner of Quality Gardens Nursery for 40 years. Member of The First United Methodist Church Of Apopka. Member of F.N.G.A. Preceded in death by daughter, Suzette Alsup Weeks. Mr. Alsup is survived by his wife, Joan K. Alsup; children Laura Alsup Hutchins and her husband Rob, of Apopka, FL, Eric Alsup and his wife Anne of Apopka, FL, Billy Alsup of Hot Springs, AR, and Van Kevin Alsup of Paragould, AR; eight grandchildren: Aaron, Jonathan, Andrew, Stephen, Joshua, Wendy, Jennifer and Alex. Visitation will be held Saturday, January 4, 2003 at 9AM with Service to follow at 10AM, at Loomis Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Henry Cribb, Jr. officiating. Interment to follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Apopka. In lieu of flowers, memorials to First United Methodist Church Of Apopka, 201 S. Park Ave., Apopka, FL 32703.
