Esther Timmeney Obituary

TIMMENEY, ESTHER GREENE CLEGG, 94, of Leesburg, Florida, died Friday, June 3, 2011. She was born September 8, 1916 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Esther was a registered nurse. She was a lifelong member of the Lutheran Church and a member of the Christian Social Services serving as 2nd vice president. She also was a member of Eastern Star and the Hawthorne Orchestra. She is survived by her children, John Clegg(Shelley) of Washington D.C.,
Barbara Zappitelli of Conneaut, OH, Florence Roach of Santa Barbara, CA, Suzanne Zappitello (John) of Tavares, FL and Nannette Dailey (Stewart) of Point Pleasant, NJ; eight grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren and brother, Donald Greene(Gerry) of Cambridge Springs, PA. A funeral service will be held at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church on Saturday, June 11 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Tom Church officiating. Burial will be at Zion Cemetery, Pittsburgh, PA. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, 130 S. Lone Oak Drive, Leesburg, FL 34748.
