Lorne, Theresa, Bobby and the Briscoe Family:
This morning I read about the death of a man I had tremendous respect for. I remember very clearly the first time I met Tom Briscoe and I didn't realize at the time the impact he and his family would have on my life. Tom always had encouraging words especially for young Holstein Breeders for we all know that Tom loved an "Excellent" Holstein Cow. It was his passion and I know he has passed this passion on to his family. Bonnechere Holsteins will live on. I remember his excitement at the Renfrew County Shows. The industry will truly miss him as will I. He always had words of encouragement and always saw the positive in life.
My thoughts and prayers are with you.
