MAYHEW, Edgar Prosper Passed away on Friday, December 11, 2009 in Long Term Care, in hospital, Shawville, Quebec at the age of 90 years. Son of the late Malcolm and Eva Mayhew. Beloved husband of Hilda Richard, Otter Lake, QC. Dear father of Willard (Roslie), Garnet (Iva), Orval (Reta) and Carl. Predeceased by sons Edward (Dorothea) and Basil (Iva). Lovingly remembered by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He will be sadly missed by extended family and friends. Friends may call at W.J. Hayes & Sons Funeral Home, 134 Centre Street, Shawville, Quebec on Sunday, December 13, 2009 from 2 to 4 and 7 to p.m. Funeral Monday at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel. Interment Union Cemetery, Otter Lake, QC. Donations to Pontiac Community Hospital Foundation, Dialysis Fund would be appreciated.

Our sympathy to the family. Edgar was my first cousin on my dads side of the family.
Malcolm being my Uncle. We got to see Edgar at several family reunion through the years.
We are going to miss that.
