As far as I know Graham was the only person whose ever shot an elephant in Canada. So the story goes Graham and Leonard ( my grandfather) grew up in st catharines and their house backed up to the fair grounds. One time the circus was in town and an elephant ended up in their backyard. Graham ran inside grabbed his bb gun and told his brother about the commotion in the yard and they hunted an elephant in Canada. It was probably that sort of adventure that lead both the brothers to always be forward thinking types. One loved the air and ond loved the sea.

I am sorry to hear of Grahams passing. I worked for him in the early eighties at DG Instruments. I came in with little experience and he gave me a break. What a wonderful man he was to work with. He had such a calmness about him that everybody loved and appreciated. A hard worker with a heart of gold. I remember that he did love those model airplanes in his spare time. Please accept my condolences.

I met Graham when I worked with him on one of his great projects. I got to know a kind and gentle spirit. Will miss him.
