Peacefully at the Queensway Carleton Hospital on Sunday, April 13, 2014 at the age of 58 years. Dearly loved father of Holly, Jamie and Joshua. Friends may attend a Memorial Service at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Road (between Bayshore and Baseline Rd), Nepean on Thursday, April 17, 2014 at 2:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Queensway Carleton Hospital Foundation would be appreciated. My deepest condolences, I returned from holidays and it was a shock to hear of Simon's passing. He was always friendly and approachable. Reading the many wonderful comments about him shows how Simon had a great and positive impact on many people. What a legacy to leave for his children and friends.

Very sad news to learn of Simon's untimely passing. Although I have not seen Simon for the best part of 25 years, I remember him as courteous, well spoken, considerate and a true English gentleman.
