Dearest Lynne
Oh my gosh, it's already a year since you went to be with the Lord. I miss you. I will always remember your laughter in trying to figure out what I was trying to express in simple words such as : "I am a trade of all Jacks " remember?
I for some reason always had sayings slightly wrong but you always understood me! We both roared with laughter to the point of crying !!! You are always in my prayers. I wish you peace.

Oh Lynne
You have been a great friend to me.
I can't express how much you are missed. Thanks for being a part of my life. I always included you in my prayers and will continue to do so.
Bless you and rest in peace Lynne.
Thanks for the memories and for my cat Fonze.

Lynne has been a treasured part of our family since my earliest memory. She has been loyal and dependable through good times and bad. I particularly remember how sad I was when I had to leave Ottawa to return to my husband and family after my Dad's death many years ago. I was worried about my Mom and how lonely she would be without my Dad.I knew that my sisters and brothers would be there for her as often as they could be, but I needed to know that someone else would be looking out for her as well. I looked at Lynne and said, "Promise me that you will check in on her and spend some time with her so she doesn't get too lonely". Lynne looked me in the eyes and softly and sincerely said, "I promise". I knew that her word was all that I needed and I had no doubt that she would follow through. She was, in many ways, like another one of my sisters.
It will be strange in future when I travel to Ottawa and don't see Lynne. Looking at all of the pictures of her through the years has brought tears to my eyes. Lynne, you were an important part of my history; you were a good a person; and you will be missed and never forgotten.
With love,
Cindy (Elizabeth Crawley's sister)

I have known Lynne as far back as I can remember. She was my sisters friend but she was part of our family.I remember our Grey Cup parties on fifth avenue and Lynne was always there cheering on our team. I will miss seeing her at family get togethers and special occasions. I remember one very funny incident in Montreal at an Expos game in which my husband and I were at with Lynne and my oldest sister and her husband. We were given little Expos flags and there was a place to put the flag when you were not waving them, it was in this hole in the back of the seat in front of you. Well Lynne wasn't paying attention when she placed her flag in the hole and the guy in front of her turned around and gave her a very dirty look and when she looked down she had stuck her flag down the back of his pants. We all could not stop laughing including Lynne. We will always love you and miss you Lynne. You were always part of the family. Until we meet again. Pam
