Roger LANIEL Obituary
Passed away May 8, 2016 at the age of 83 years. He was the spouse of the late Cécile Brisson. He leaves to mourn his children Pierre (Liette Farmer), Monique (Gilles Vallières), Gaetan (Lorraine Lafrance) and Jean (Anne Prévost), his six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He also leaves his sisters Germaine and Georgette, his brother Gary and many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, and nieces. Predeceased by his brothers and sisters Jeannette, René, Fleurette, Roland and Denise. The visitations will be held from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., Thursday, May 12, 2016 at the Lafleur Funeral Home & Chapel, 874 Notre-Dame Street, Embrun 613-443-3286. The religious service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, May 13 at the St-Jacques Church in Embrun. The interment will be held at the St-Laurent cemetery of Carlsbad Springs at a later date. The family wishes to thanks the staff of the Centre d'accueil Roger Séguin for their support and good care. Donations to La fondation Roger Séguin (435 Lemay Street, Clarence Creek (ON) K0A 1N0) would be appreciated. Condolences may be faxed to 613-764-5279
