Dear Family, Our hearts are broken for all who loved and knew our Uncle. Such a wonderful man a rock for his family and a man with disarming smile. Quick with a joke but always gentle and caring. Our hearts sad but the memories we have are forever. Love to you all. Wendy Janice and Melissa and families.

We are so very sad for you all at this time. The friendship our families have shared over the years is one we will forever treasure. We always knew if we were feeling down that a little chat with Karl and Dorothy would bring a smile to our faces and a warm spot to our hearts. No matter what life tossed in his direction, Karl never lost his sense of humour, it was a trait we admired deeply. Our many special times together will be a lasting memory of the kind, warm, loving man we were so lucky to call our friend.

My Dad, a special gentle man, he navigated through this life with Love in his Heart, compassion by his side and humor always at the ready. It was very easy being his son, and if we think the chivalry is a bygone trait you have yet to meet my Father. We will all miss his huge presence in our lives greatly. We and have all been very fortunate to have had such a gentle soul for almost 85 years. I Love Dad xo

I met you 40 years ago. Seemed like only yesterday when you were giving my high school sweetheart Steven the riot act for being alone with me. Our paths went separate ways but by some miracle Steven & I found each other again. You embraced me with love and respect and I will always treasure those memories and am honoured to call you dad.

Dear Dorothy, Brenda, Steven and Peter and families-
Words cannot express the sadness we feel in the passing of a beloved friend to us and so many others. He was a wonderful man with a loving and
positive outlook, in spite of how he really was. Cherish all your precious memories. God has received another Angel into his kingdom.
Love,
