Arlene Dagenais Obituary

Arlene Dagenais, 83, of Avon Park, Fla., passed away Sunday, March 27, 2011, in Sebring, Fla. She was born April 18, 1927, to Edmund and Marian (Schuler) Buzalski in Bay City, and had been a resident of Avon Park since 1995, coming from Midland. She was a homemaker, enjoyed golf, spending time with her friends and family, and was a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church.

Arlene is survived by her husband of 61 years, Darrell Dagenais of Avon Park; sons, Dirk (Doreen) Dagenais of Midland, Kim (Barbara) Dagenais, Brooklyn, and Scott (Jacqi) Dagenais of Baltimore, Md.; daughter, Lisa (Darren) Stewart of Hiram, Ga.; 10 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

I have such wonderful memories of your mother. She was so kind and friendly. I still have her recipe for those great molasses cookies. Your family is in our thoughts and prayers.
