He was a Vietnam Veteran, a loving son, husband, father and grandfather. He was loved by mother, Joyce A. Latta; sons, Matthew and Jack Townsend Culpepper and daughters, Crystal Wiscombe and Melissa Holbrook and many other family and friends. Jack is riding the only ride that matters.
