I'm pretty sure this is the Joe von dembowki I served with in the Air Force, we were stationed at Grenier Field, NH, and later in Viet Nam. Same barracks, same flight in AF, we were Air policemen
. We were the best of friends, I think of him often. I was sad when he moved to Florida, when he was in RI and then Vermont we were able to stay in touch.

It is with deep sorrow that we hear of the passing of our Fraternal Brother Joe Von, please except our deepest condolences to his wife Peggy and the entire family. The world will miss his humor and wit. May our Lord keep watch over him during his eternal rest and keep his family and friends close in hand..... The Blanchard family.
