JACOBSON, Gloria

Gloria Jacobson, 75, of Palm Beach Gardens, FL, a 40 year resident formerly of Westbury, NY passed away Monday, April 21, 2014. Gloria is survived by her loving husband of 55 years Arnold Jacobson; daughters Iris Blaine and Wendy (Daron) Walker; son Jerrold Jacobson; grandchildren, Mitchell Walker, Molly Walker, and Ryan Blaine. Gloria retired from PGA of America with over 20 years of service. She will be sorely missed by her family and friends. Gloria was one of the first people to befriend me at the PGA of America. She was funny, warm, honest, helpful and made going to a place of work, fun. I had the pleasure of working with Gloria directly for 7 years of her tenure at the PGA of America. She truly defined the expression "Salt of the Earth". Gloria was a good friend, colleague and on occasion a second mother to me keeping a watchful eye on me and helping at every opportunity.
