Donna COMSTOCK Obituary
Donna Marie Comstock, age 49, of Jupiter, passed away Monday, October 13, 2014. Donna was a member of St. Peters Catholic Church in Jupiter. She was a mentor of FIRST Robotics Team #179. Donna is survived by her husband, James A. Comstock; daughter, Christina M. Cioppa of Jupiter; three sons, James G. Comstock and Robert Presjack both of Jupiter and Shane Hall of Palm Beach Gardens; mother, Donna Koester of Jupiter; father, Robert (Helene) Cioppa of Pennsylvania; three sisters, Patrice (Paul) LaMontagne of Stuart, Marie (Kenneth) McIntosh of Ozone Park, New York and Maria (Phillip) Reich of Harwinton, Connecticut; two brothers, Gerald Koester of Ft. Lauderdale and Robert (Rosie) Cioppa of Hawaii; mother and father in-laws, Arthur and Rosa Comstock; brother-in-law Patrick Comstock; nieces and nephews, Michael, Nicole, Jessica, Brittni, Annie, Jack, Kelly, Tommy, Allison and Gabriella. Donna also leaves behind dozens of students and mentors from FIRST Robotics Teams Swamp and MARS. She is predeceased by her father, Gerald Koester and sister, Danielle Cioppa. There will be a visitation for family and friends at Taylor & Modeen Funeral Home in Jupiter on Saturday, October 18, 2014 from 2:00 - 4:00 & 6:00 - 8:00 PM and on Sunday, October 19, 2014 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM. A funeral mass will be held at St. Peter Catholic Church in Jupiter on Monday, October 20, 2014 at 10:00 AM. A graveside service will follow at Riverside Memorial Park in Tequesta. I am so very sorry for all of you. I knew your Mom in Jr. High and High School. When I moved to Florida in 2003 I had been back in touch with her. She was one of the sweetest, honest and often.. misunderstood people I knew. I will always remember the way she spoke and how she told me about her kids and family. She will be missed. May her memory provide you all with some level of comfort. I know there is nothing anyone can say to you that will make the pain any less. She is watching over all of you. I will pray for all of you. Again, I am so very sorry.
