Charles Loeffler Obituary

CHARLES P. LOEFFLER (1932 ~ 2010) Was known by most as "Gary". He lived in Riverside for 45 years. He was a successful business owner for over 50 years. His ability to engineer & design led to the development of Aireox Research, a manufacturer of medical air purifiers. For Gary, helping others came easy. He was a man of great integrity with a huge heart. One of his great passions was music. He wrote, composed and performed his music with the Oasis Senior Center Ukulele Strummers in Newport Beach where he was known as "Dutch". His greatest passion of all was his love of family, God, and country. He is survived by his wife, June; five children, Michael Loeffler, Linda Moreno, Sharon Hilborn, Laura Brown, Jennifer Woodruff and six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; as well as four brothers and seven sisters. Well Dad, it's been 3 months since God took you home. I miss you so much my heart breaks. You were always the pillar of strength in our family. My peace is that you are with God now and have united once again with mom. Tell her I miss her and I wait for the day we are all together. I love you dad!

"Dutch" was a great friend, wonderful uke player, and singer. We would laugh and carry on each Monday at our Corona Del Mar gathering. He was a great addition to the group and will be missed by many folks far and wide.
