Alfred Foster Obituary

In Loving Memory Of: ALFRED MONROE FOSTER Born 5/5/1921 ~ Deceased 9/7/2010 Survived by wife of 65 years, Evelyn D. Foster - a glorious and loving 65 years, which produced two daughters, Devereaux Allane and Diana Lee, whom he adored and they him. His great-great-grandfather was the first mayor of Los Angeles after it became a city in California. Al attended schools in Downey, then Fullerton JC and later Univ. of New Mexico in Albuquerque. Football was his love! But he excelled in all sports! A celebration of life is being held Fri., Oct. 22, 12 noon at Rio Hondo Country Club in Downey, CA. For inquiries call (714) 840-9321.
