Well Merle, you did good; great life, wonderful wife, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. You have touch all our lives in one way or another. You have left a great legacy in those that live on, with very large shoes to fill. With how you lived your life, handled yourself and loved ones, you didn't leave enough shoes behind; as they will all try their best to fill them and live up to your standards - You wouldn't have asked for more from them. Now for the hard part, as we all know the gates must have be wide open, tons of beautiful colored lights, music like nothing we have heard before when you arrived, our request for you is to hold the gates open and be there singing loud and clear with open warm arms when we arrive. Until then we will be strong, but most of all, we left behind will take care of those you have entrusted us to watch over for you until you take over again. You are missed and will be for ever. With great affection, Bill & Penny McArthur

Dad, I miss you so very much. You were my world, my everything. I just sit here in my chair and wonder what I am going to do now? I know you are in the Heaven that we always spoke about and I think it's probably better than we thought it would be. Remember our large white flag pole in the back yard Dad? Well, we have your American Flag raised there, not at half staff, we have it hanging high for you and everyone else to see. This is for you Dad. We never even had a chance to raise it while you were still with us. I love you and I miss you! Until we see each other again; keep the Angels singing, I am sure they love your voice. Love, Kathy
