Patricia Sainz-Howland Obituary

PATRICIA SAINZ-HOWLAND Patricia Howland, age 59, passed away Sunday, January 8, 2011 in Riverton, Utah. She was born December 1, 1951 in Yuma, Arizona. Patricia was a beloved mother who will be greatly missed. She was an employee of the Federal Government for 19 years. She enjoyed watching the L.A. Lakers basketball team. Patricia is survived by her daughters, Tracy Barker of Yuma, AZ, Michele Pilskalns of Newport, WA and Denise Grillo; father, Oscar Sainz of Yuma; brother, Richard Sainz of Hemet, CA; sister, Lisa Gilbert of Phoenix, AZ; aunt, Mary Higuera of Yuma; 15 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her mother, Carmen Celaya and brother, Danny Carvajal. A Memorial Service will be held at Johnson Mortuary in Yuma, Arizona on Thursday, January 13, 2011 at 3:00 p.m.

I shared a decade with Patricia, helping raise her 3 daughters....was fortunate enough to see her at Thanksgiving after 20 years of no contact. A very special couple of hours, She graces Heaven with her presence.
