Van was a dear friend, remembering his "hunting" expeditions with Stan, (Van took his camera), his travels on the 3-wheeler again with Stan, (across the Copper River into Wrangell-St. Elias National Park and Preserve). Going berry picking across the Copper, again with Stan, having the boat float away and being rescused by Rex and Lona.
Picking porcupine quills out of Tuffy's nose, and of course the fishing on the Klutina River. There are so many, many memories that we share, Van will be missed.
