Wallin, Jr.
1921-2012
Carl Wilbert Wallin, Jr., age 91, of Milton, FL, passed away September 9, 2012. He was born September 1, 1921 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Carl Wilbert Wallin, Sr. and Edna Frankl Wallin.
Carl was a U.S. Marine Veteran, member of the Moose Lodge, VFW, American Legion, the Filipino/American Association, the Local 597 Pipe Fitters Union for 75 years, and St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church.
Survivors include his beloved wife, Selfa Wallin; a son, Carl R. (Sally) Wallin of Streamwood, IL; a daughter, Cathleen Wallin of Glen Ellyn, IL; a sister, Lois Parson of Aurora, Colorado; and nieces and a nephew.
A funeral mass will be held Thursday September 13, 2012 at 10 AM at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church. Interment will follow in Memory Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday September 12, 2012 from 5 until 8 PM with a Rosary at 6 PM.
National Cremation & Burial Society has been entrusted with the arrangements.
