SYBLE PRICE BAILEY
1914 - 2010

Syble Price Bailey, 95, of Pensacola, Fla. passed away July 13, 2010.
She was born in Pensacola on October 7, 1914 to Godfrey Leon and Olivia Milstead Price. Syble married Artemus Bailey July 24, 1933 and they remained in Pensacola to raise their family.
Syble was a charter member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. She was a Sunday school teacher and sang in the church choir for many years.
She is survived by her daughter, Janet Struck (Jim); sister, Estelle Starr (George); daughter-in-law, Lucy; grandchildren, Jesse, Jr., Tracy Peltier (Buster) and Susan Campbell; great-grandchildren, Carolyn, Alex and Sean Borger, Samantha Campbell, Jesse, III, Jordan, Kyler, and Ryan; step-great-grandchild, Melanie Peltier; and great-great-grandchild, Shay.
Preceding her are her husband; her parents; son, Jesse; step-mother, Martha Price; brothers, Emmitt Price (Elsie), Leonard Price (Alice); and sister, Jackie Bailey (H.K).
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday July 15, 2010 at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers, make a donation to Pleasant Grove Baptist Church or Covenant Hospice.
Faith Chapel Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
