GEORGE H. JR., Phila., PA, Aug. 9, 2009. Father of Mary L. Salnaitis, Michelle, George, Milton and George Gingrich. Brother of Mary Rose Donahue, Mae Harris, Diana Grosser, Charles, Louis and Thomas Gingrich. Also surviving are many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Funeral Mass 10:30 A.M., Monday, Aug. 17 at St. Anselm Church, 12670 Dunks Ferry Rd., Phila., where friends may call after 9:30 A.M. Int. private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Mr. Gingrich's name, c/o Citizen's Bank, Att: Bank By Mail, P.O. Box 42006, Providence, RI 02940-2006.
