Even though I only saw Ed for a few minutes every Saturday, he surely made an impression on me. I'm sure everyone who stands in the back of Old St. Mary's before the 4:30 Mass will agree. I enjoyed your wisdom, insight and humor and it will be never be forgotten. When I look out on Saturdays I will see you sitting in the pew and holding hands with your beloved wife Corky after receiving communion. I will miss you Ed.

As I think back about my childhood in Wayne, I can clearly remember Matt's Dad. He was always outspoken, but kind to me. Many of the things he said made me laugh, that is my strongest memory. He will be in my prayers.

We would like to remember all the things that Ed was famous for like his laugh, smile and his ability to have a conversation with just about anyone. We enjoyed seeing you both at Vila Diroma on Saturday nights. We always enjoyed Eds company and all he was short on conversation. He will always be in our thoughts a and prays.
