PHILIP "FRED", June 11, 2007 of Bala Cynwyd, PA, formerly of Lafayette Hill, PA. Husband of Sandra (nee Beifel), father of Jeffrey (Susan) Bogatin, Lisa (Barry) Lappin and Patrice (Andy) Boyland, grandfather of Rachel, Andrew, Rebecca, Jack, Jane and Katie. Relatives and friends are invited to Services Wednesday, June 13, 2007 at 12:30 P.M. at JOSEPH LEVINE AND SONS MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 4737 Street Road, Trevose. Interment Roosevelt Memorial Park. The family will return to the late residence and respectfully request that contributions in his memory be made to a charity of the donor's choice.

We had the pleasure of knowing Mr. Bogatin for the past 7 years working at 1080 N. Delaware Ave for Shalom, Inc. Our deepest sympathy goes out to Mr. Bogatin's family.
Mr. Bogatin was a pleasure to know and always had a smile on his face everytime I would see him coming into work He will be missed.

I had the pleasure of listening to a few of Mr. Bogatin's (TYCOON'S) Real Estate endeavors in my short time as a tenant of his Walnut Street office building. I regret not knowing him longer.... I had so much more to learn to earn my TYCOON status! On behalf of my staff, we offer our condolences and prayers to his family and friends.
