We had the pleasure of knowing Mr. Bogatin for the past 7 years working at 1080 N. Delaware Ave for Shalom, Inc. Our deepest sympathy goes out to Mr. Bogatin's family.
Mr. Bogatin was a pleasure to know and always had a smile on his face everytime I would see him coming into work He will be missed.

I had the pleasure of listening to a few of Mr. Bogatin's (TYCOON'S) Real Estate endeavors in my short time as a tenant of his Walnut Street office building. I regret not knowing him longer....
