RICHARD D., on March 29, 2011. Husband of Fran (nee Bernstein), father of Stephen (Dale) Harburg and Jennifer (Darrell) Rubeo, grandfather of Leah, Jacob, Emily, Lily, Lucas and Dominic. Graduate of Central High School Class #188, Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania and The Harvard Law School. Relatives and friends are invited to services Thursday, 1 P.M. at JOSEPH LEVINE AND SONS MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 4737 Street Road, Trevose. Ent. Roosevelt Memorial Park Mausoleum. Family will be at the late residence. Contributions in his memory may be made to a charity of the donors choice.

Mr. Harburg was a gentleman and I am sad to hear of his passing. I worked at the firm for 33 years and I remember his respect for others and kindness. My condolences to Mrs. Harburg and family.

I had the pleasure of knowing and working with Mr. Harburg in the 1970's and 1980's. I learned so much from him and my mentor, Bill Powers.

So sorry to hear the bad news. We've lost another good friend. Known Dick since the early 1940's and walked his mother down the aisle at his wedding to Fran. Glad we could all get together this past fall at a small reunion dinner.
