JOAN ELLEN Victor formerly of Phila. passed on January 18, 2009 at the age of 73 in the Woodlands, Texas. She was born in Phila., on January 31, 1935 to Edward Jackson and Mary Viola (Casner) Ristine. She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Edward Alexander; granddaughter, Heidi Ingrid and her beloved husband of nearly 50 years, LCDR ret. Edward George Victor, USN. Survived and surrounded in passing by her 8 loving children and their spouses and her 20 grand-children and 2 great grand-children whom she held close to her heart and who always made her smile; daughters, Cynthia Victor; Wendy Victor Pernice (Guglielmo); Heidi Jablonski (Robert); sons, Dr. Brant Victor (Mary); Vance Victor (Patricia); Eric Victor (Enid); Evans Victor (Kathleen); Dean Victor (Tanya).
