On December 31, 2016, age 65. Beloved wife of Thomas. Loving mother of Megan (Jess) and the late Kelly Reasoner. Dearest Mom-Mom of Chris, Samantha and Lynda. Dear sister of Barbara Jackson, Dorisann Elcenko, Michael Franks and Mary Jo Kouch.

Joan was a wonderful and strong woman. She was an inspiration to me. She cared for my mother when I was not available or able. My heart goes out to you Tom, Megan and Jess.

Accepting, giving and loving. We will always remember our 1st Xmas tree Sunday. Joanie was 6 months pregnant. Tromped through, rain, sleet and snow to cut down their 1st Xmas tree as a family of 3.
