I didn't know until now. Fond memories of this delightfully intellectual gentleman during the Temple years. One of the few truly academic colleagues. Bette Lazzaro

G-d speed to this elegant man and condolences to his family

February 16, 2017

Dear Family,

I remember Bruce very well, and fondly, from bicycle racing in Pennsylvania. He was a very tough competitor, and always a gentleman. He never gave up.

Please accept my heartfelt condolences.

I've known Bruce for years and shared hours and thousands of miles cycling with him over those many years. An extraordinary athlete on the squash court and on the bicyle. He was a good man, kind and generous, and a loyal friend. Deepest condolences to his wife and family, I am very sorry for your loss. RIP. God speed the rider.
