I was so sorry to hear about Mrs. Donato's passing, I will always remember the love and pride she had for her children and grandchildren, as well as being so well fed anytime I was in her home! I will keep all of you in my thoughts and prayers, but I cannot help feeling that she is with Mr. Donato again, and that is comforting to me.

Dear Carolyn, Daniel, Francis and Michael:

I am sorry I am unable to attend your mother's viewing and funeral, but I wish to express my deepest condolenses, especiall at this season of our Lord's birth.

I have many fond memories of my visits to your parent's home when I was a member of the 'Scannapieco' clan when I was married to Joanne, daughter of your grandmother Rose's brother Joe Sannapieco. We would often come for Sunday dinners, especially when we had Aunt Nettie (Sister Matthew) visiting from Elkins Park. You parents were also the most giving hosts and your dad was a real jokester! Now your mom is reunited with him.

Again, my sincere sympathy to you all.

Joe Tozzi

P.S. I am forwarding a Mass card in care of the funeral home.
