STANLEY FRAZEE Obituary
STANLEY S. JR., Jan. 13, 2014. Beloved husband of the late Gay (nee Barbour). Loving father of Stanley S. III, Elizabeth G. (Timothy T. Myers) Frazee, and Jonathan W. Frazee. He will also be missed by his 6 loving grand-children. Relatives and friends are invited to Stanley's Memorial Service Tuesday, Jan. 21st, 11 A.M. The Presbyterian Church of Chest-nut Hill. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Stanley's name may be made to Keystone Hospice, 8765 Stenton Ave., Wyndmoor, PA 19038 or the Food Trust, One Penn Center, Suite 900, 1617 J.F.K. Blvd., Phila., PA 19103.

So saddened to learn of Stan's passing.
During my many years at the USDC in Philly, we met for lunch many times.
A true gentleman in the purest sense and an outstanding lawyer whose reputation for honesty was known by the bench and bar.
May his family draw their strength from his many virtues.
