JOHN PULLI Obituary

PULLI
JOHN J.,SR., on Wed., Nov. 25, 2015 at the age of 88. Dedicated husband, father, grandfather and friend. He follows his departed wife of 63 years, Claire Marie, into God's arms. He leaves his loved family, John Jr. (Deborah) of Milton, DE, Diane Berryman of Roswell, GA, Sharon Ferrante (Marco) of Charlotte, NC and Charlene Berryman (Donald) of Alpharetta, GA. He was a loving grandfather to Jay, Bryan, Heather, Justin, Valerie, Rachel, Chelsea and John IV. John was a graduate of Northcentral HS in Phila. and served proudly in the US Navy during WWII. He worked as a skilled draftsman at Campbell Soup Co., as well as an Independent Contractor in New Jersey, Texas and New York. Besides the love of his family his next real love was fishing where he could be found nearly every weekend on his boat at the Jersey shore. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends and we thank him immensely for a world full of great memories. A Mass will be held on Monday, Nov. 30, 2015 at Noon at St. Brigids Catholic Church in Johns Creek, GA. On Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2015 there will be a one hour Memorial Service at 1 P.M. at Lakeview Memorial Park, Cinnaminson, NJ in the mausoleum by the lake, where he'll spend eternity next to his loving wife. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Operation We Care, 829 E. Williams St., Salisbury, MD 21804; or Hospice Atlanta, 1244 Park Vista Dr., NE Atlanta, GA 30319. Thanks Dad,

You were the best father-in-law and I thank you everyday for having Charlene. You were one of the greatest generation, devoted to our country, to families and to your faith. This generation today could learn a lot from you and the men of your generation. I am so glad you got to attend and enjoyed Rachel's wedding and I am blessed that you have been here in Atlanta for the last six months. You made a difference in my life and I am a better person for knowing you. Thanks Dad for everything. I will miss you but never forget you. Love, your other son, Don.

Dad, where do I begin? I want to thank you for the countless memories that I have with you. Especially the last 8 years where we became a team in our family in taking care of Mom . When she passed I realized how much you gave of yourself and yet, you struggled to go on without her and now ths day you are together. For 63 years you lived by your wedding vows and although at times were difficult, you never left each other's side. What a blessing you were in my life. I will never forget your sence of humor, your patience at everything you did, your endurance and perserviance to complete things your way - even if it took forever. But most of all you taught me to love life, whatever you are dealt with and you did! What an example you have shown me and I only hope that you realized how much I loved and respected you as my father and my friend. You will be missed in my life but I am enteranally grateful for the time God gave us together and look forward to time that I will spend with you and Mom in enternity. One more important thing, thank you for my Catholic Education and my Catholic Faiath. I don't know what I wuld do without it and especially when the times get rough. Love you and miss you forever.....God Bless you....Good night,
Your youngest,
Charlene
