REGINA A. 'JEAN' (nee Sheppard), Jan. 18, 2004; beloved wife of the late Philip Bertele Sr., loving mother of Philip, Bobby (Debbie), Maryann (Paul) Scott, the late Kevin (surviving wife Debbie) and Jimmy; dear grandmother of Kevin, Robert, Valerie, Andrew, the late Melissa and Michael; sister of Evelyn Close and Franny Dalessio, the late Anna Jocis, Midge Cunningham, and Wezie Ferretti. Relatives and friends are invited to her Funeral, Saturday 8:30 A.M. at SHEA FUNERAL HOME INC., 29th and Dickinson St. Mass of Christian Burial Church of St. Gabriel 9:30 A.M. Int. SS. Peter and Paul Cem. Friends may call Friday eve 6:30 to 9 P.M. Donations in Jean's memory to the St. Gabriel Church Memorial Fund, 2917 Dickinson St., Phila. PA 19146 would be appreciated.

I am deeply saddened by the loss of your mother Jeannie.There are so many memories of all the good times and laughs we had growing up and down the shore.Jeannie was also special to me and will always be in my heart.I will miss her dearly and our special times together. God Bless and will always be in my thoughts and prayers.

I will always remember the special times down the shore, especially the talks we had. She once told me to never settle, to go after what I wanted, I will always remember this. I want to thank her for having such a wonderful daughter, my friend, MaryAnn.

There are no words to express how sorry I am for your loss. Jeanie was a wonderful person and part of my extended family. The fond summer shore memories will last in our hearts forever.My children will miss the beautiful comments she always gave them. God Bless.

I wish to express my condolences. Jeanie was always a very good friend to me. She was always there for me and provided guidance and advice. I will miss her dearly. I will fill the void by remembering all the good times, fun and laughter shared over the years.
