Eileen,
" I'm so sorry to hear about Mack. I'll always remember how he encouraged me to sing with the various bands at Hardee's. Now I'm singing with a band. I will miss his wonderful smile that lite up the room and his signature "Red" sweater. I loved watching the both of you dancing together when I sang one of those old country songs. You can feel and see the love you both had. He will be missed at the Farmer's Market and Hardee's. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers."

When I moved back home to Va. from Ca. Mr. Mack knew I needed somethings to set up house. He gave me a couch, a few pots and dishes. Later we were in need of a car and he let me make payments on one of his old cars. I will miss his kindness there not many people as good as he has been to my family. I lived across the street from him for a time. I will remember his laughter and love of good food and country music,
