I will never forget when I first met Richard,I remember thinking to myself that this crazy guy seemed happier than anyone I had ever met. I soon learned that it wasn't only joy that filled Richards heart but also peace and love. The more I got to know Richard, the more I learned that all of these qualities stemmed from his intense and amazing relationship with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. It fills my heart with both sadness and overwhelming excitement to know that as I write this Richard is talking and walking with Jesus. You will be greatly missed Richard. I love you.

Thank you Richard for your friendship. We are so blessed to have had you in our lives. Your life on earth is such an example of the Christian Walk. You loved everyone. You never judged people and your love for music was and inspiration. I will miss watching the voice and svu with you. I will miss trying new restaurants. I will miss long talks about scripture, but most of all I will miss you. Until we meet again.

Richard was the kindness, sweetest soul. If only there were more people on earth like him, it would be a much better place. He was a wonderful human being and honestly just one of a kind. He loved the Lord, his friends he was so blessed to have in his life and his family. He will be missed but never forgotten.
