My dad was truly a great man. He was a caring and understanding guy. He loved his family and only wanted the best for everyone. I will really miss him and wish he was still here to watch his grandchildren grow up. I love you dad!!!! Rest in Peace.

Deepest regrets and condolences to the family. I worked with Charlie at NAS Oceana, Va from 1997-2006. I remember him most for his caring nature and enthusiasm. No matter what the circumstance, he always had a smile on his face.
