I met Chris back in Nov. 2007. He was kind enough to have my children's father stay with him in his home, trying to get Jim back on the right path. Unfortunately Jim passed away on Nov. 22 after being taken off life support due to a freak accident walking back to Chris's home. Chris was so kind and thoughtful in every way and helped me in gathering Jim's few belongings. I don't know many people who would go out of their way as he did. Only meeting him and talking with him for a few weeks, I feel fortunate to have known him for that short time and am thankful for his caring during those trying days. I will never forget him and only wish I could have known him longer. I want you and all your family to know he truly was very special and due to the unfortunate situation, he made a huge difference in my children and myself during our loss. I will never forget him. My thoughts and prayers go out to you all. He truly was special.
