Curtis Brown Obituary

Curtis Brown NORFOLK - Curtis "Curt" Brown, 79, of the 500 block of Liberty St., passed away Aug. 28, 2010 in the Kindrad Rehabilitation Center. He was born in Norfolk, on Feb. 10, 1931 to the late Frank and Norine Brown. He was predeceased by his sisters, Pauline Skinner, Earlteen Jefferson, and Emmel Brown. He is survived by his brother, Tilmon Brown of Norfolk; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in the chapel of Metropolitan Funeral Service, 120 W. Berkley Ave., Norfolk. Interment will be at Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery, Suffolk. The family will assemble at 129, Hough Ave., Apt. 1, Norfolk, one hour prior to the service for the procession to the chapel. Condolences may be offered at www.metropolitanfuneral service.com.
