To John,Sandy, and BooBoo, I was truly sorry to hear about Fran. She will be missed and thought of over and over again by many. She was an inspiration to me. She taught me a lot over the years. She was a warm, kind, and loving friend. I couldn't have asked for a better Mother-in law. Know that she is in a better place and that God has other plans for her. She is safe and free from the pain or harm this world has. She and Jimmy are probably shaggin' right now! My prayers go out to you in hopes to give you the strength to get through this. If there's anything I can do, please don't hesitate to call me. I love you all! Brenda

To John and Sandy,

I am very sorry to hear about the passing of Fran. She was a lovely lady, a friend, and many shaggers in Virginia were touched by her generosity and caring for our dance and music. Fran will always be remembered as being very instrumental in the promotion of shaggin' throughout Virginia, and she will truly be missed by many. I am glad that I had the opportunity to know Fran from the time she and her family lived in Franklin (my home town)and a continuation of our friendship through our dance and The Virginia Shaggers Hall Of Fame. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this time.

Sincerely,

Coleman Holland
