Judith Baines

Judith M. Baines CHESAPEAKE - Judith Mansfield Baines, 67, of the 1300 block of Fordyce Drive, passed away April 14, 2010 in Chesapeake. A native of South Norfolk, she was the daughter of the late Walter F. and Lillian Fenton Mansfield and the widow of William Rodwick Baines. She retired as a C.O. technician after 35 years with Bell Atlantic Telephone. She is survived by two daughters, Pam Baines and her husband Billy Allen of Chesapeake, and Tracy Baines-Gibbs and her husband Ray Gibbs of Greenville, N.C.; her loving granddaughter, Kelsea; a brother, Alan Mansfield; a sister, Beverley Kenney-Caudell; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister, Sandra R. Gallagher; and brothers, Ernie Mansfield and Patrick Kenney. A memorial service will be at 4 p.m. Sunday in Graham Funeral Home, 1112 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake, with the Rev. Ernest Trueblood officiating.
