Lloyd Hyman Obituary

Lloyd D. Hyman Sr. PORTSMOUTH - Lloyd Daniel Hyman Sr. entered into eternal rest Oct. 14, 2010. He was born Dec. 5, 1939, to the late George and Jodie Hyman in Windsor, N.C. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 52 years, Hattie Hyman; two sons, Lloyd Jr. and Lavelton Hyman; three daughters, Joyce Hyman (James), Jeanette Hyman and Angelina Hyman; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 19, at Healing Chapel Baptist Church, 2735 Godwin Blvd., Suffolk. Interment will be at Roosevelt Memorial Park. Viewing will be at the church one hour prior to the service. Corprew Funeral Home is in charge.

Dear Lavelton, My Heart goes out to you and your family and I would like to let you know that with God in you and your family lives it will get easier but it will take time and also a healing process,on holidays you will think of him and on his birthday and anniverssaries and anytime you think of him those are the times you would need to celebrate, you will be sad but he is no longer in pain he is going on home to live his eternal life. just put him Gods hands it will get better each and everyday,You and your family are in my prayers,your friend for life.
