Marilyn Runge Obituary

Marilyn S. Runge VIRGINIA BEACH - Marilyn Silverman Runge, 85, passed away April 5, 2011. Born in Illinois, she was the daughter of the late Sam and Ada Silverman. Marilyn was a member of Congregation Beth Chaverim in Virginia Beach, and of the Jewish Community Center. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her granddaughter, whom she raised as her own, Ann Daniels of Virginia Beach; two other granddaughters, Monica Levow and her husband Eugene, and Emily Runge, all of Virginia Beach; and two great-grandchildren, Cali Daniels and Charlotte Levow. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 10, at Altmeyer Funeral Home, 5792 Greenwich Road in Virginia Beach, with Rabbi Israel Zoberman officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Congregation Beth Chaverim. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.altmeyer.com.
