Carl Dolson Obituary
PEORIA - Carl L. Dolson, age 61, formerly of Peoria, passed away Saturday, September 30, 2017, in Indianapolis.
Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on October 6, 2017, at Adams Funeral Chapel in Charleston, IL. Funeral services will begin at 1 p.m. on Friday. Burial will follow at 3 p.m. at York Cemetery in West Union, Illinois.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the West Union Public Library or Brownsburg, Indiana Police Department and can be mailed in care of Adams Funeral Chapel, 2330 Shawnee Drive, Charleston, IL 61920.
Carl is survived by his wife, Marsha; their children, Chris Dolson and wife, Nicole, and Stacy Dolson and husband, Jaspreet Singh, all of Indianapolis; two grandchildren; his mother; and his three brothers and their families.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Carl was a CPA and Tax Partner with RSM McGladrey in Peoria until his retirement.

I had the privilege of meeting Mr. Dolson (Carl) and his sweet, sweet wife while working as a Home care nurse in Peoria. Carl is one of those special people that you do not forget. I'm so sorry for your loss. I pray for sweet memories and everlasting peace in Jesus name.

One of the best bosses and kindest person you'd ever want to meet. I had the privilege of working with him at RSM McGladrey for 9 years and I also had the honor of him being a patient at the physicians office that I'm the administrator of. He came to the office for years, and at one point almost everyday for eight months. He always had a smile on his face thru all those tough times. He will be missed by many and touched so many lives. I must add he was an avid Cubs fan. What more could anyone ask for? My deepest sympathies for Marsha and Chris and Stacey and my how he adored his grand children! He loved you all so very much! Prayers and hugs. I know he will always be with you.
