Dr. Clark was both my instructor at Indiana University, and my field supervisor for an internship at Glen Park Academy in Gary. I was devastated when I only learned about her deaths many months later. She was ill, but still attended my commencement at the Genesis Center in May 2014. She was powerful person with amazing doctoral training that made her one of the best people whom I had ever interacted in the domain of social work. I recall E-mailing and calling her to no avail months before she passed away. I assumed she was busy. I want her entire family to know that I will cherish her memory and all of the important wisdom and knowledge she impressed upon me. Thank you, Dr. Clark. I hope you're proud of me.

So sorry to hear about the passing of Dr. Clark. I had the opportunity to work with Dr. Clark and sometimes after work we would just chat and chat about life and the world. I would often see her out and about after we moved on to various schools and we would chat and chat. I will cherish the times we chatted.

So sorry to hear about the loss of one of our alums. I taught Carnecia research in the PhD Program in a cohort group of nearly 10 women. What a sweet woman who left us way too early. She touched so many lives. May God look over her family.

Dr. CLARK
I cant begin to say how much you touched my life and my heart. I am still lost for words. After working with you and Dr. Travis at Human Beginings you came back in my life at Glen Park Academy. You always had a hug for me and always told me how proud I made you. The day that i came to the Pride Program I was looking for you, and they told me. I was broken, but you would tell me not to cry and be strong because you are in a better place. I love you dearly. Heaven has gained an angel.
